Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Pretty Common gift cards are available online and make the perfect gift for new and expecting parents.
What age is The Common Carrier suitable for?
The Common Carrie is suitable for babies and toddlers from 0–36 months.
Is The Common Carrier adjustable?
Yes. The carrier features adjustable straps and an ergonomic design to accommodate a range of body shapes and sizes for a comfortable fit.
What fabric is the carrier made from?
The Common Carrier is crafted from a premium 80% cotton and 20% linen blend, chosen for its softness, breathability and elevated feel.
Is the fabric safe for babies?
Yes. Our fabrics are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified, meaning they have been tested for harmful substances and meet strict safety requirements for products intended for babies.
What carrying positions does it offer?
The Common Carrier is designed for multiple carrying positions, including front and back carrying. Please refer to the instruction manual and safety guide provided with your carrier.
Can I use the carrier every day?
Absolutely. The Common Carrier has been thoughtfully designed for everyday wear - whether you’re heading out for a walk, running errands or simply wanting to keep your little one close while keeping your hands free.
Is the carrier machine washable?
We recommend spot cleaning where possible and following the care instructions provided with your carrier to preserve its shape, fabric and hardware.
Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout Australia, with international shipping options to be introduced in the future.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for orders over $150. Costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping provider.
I’m purchasing during a presale. When will my order ship?
Presale items are shipped according to the estimated dispatch date listed on the product page. While we work hard to meet these timelines, unforeseen manufacturing and freight delays can occasionally occur.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Returns
Can I return my order?
We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.
What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@prettycommon.com with your order number and photographs of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
