Refunds & Exchanges

Returns Policy

At Pretty Common, we want you to love your purchase. We understand that choosing products for your little one is important, and we take great care in designing pieces that are both beautiful and functional.

Change of Mind

We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Have all original tags and packaging intact
  • Be free from marks, odours or damage
  • Include any dust bags, accessories and inserts provided with your order
Please note that return shipping costs for change of mind purchases are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We take pride in the quality of our products. If you believe your item is faulty or has arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing

Please include:
  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product
Once assessed, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, which may include a repair, replacement or refund.

Exclusions

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:
  • Products that have been used, washed or altered
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items

Baby Carrier Safety

As our carriers are products intended for use with babies and young children, all returned carriers must be in unused, original condition and must not have been worn or used with a child.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
